RETURNS

100-Day Free Return Policy

This policy applies to all jewelry featuring braided elements, whether fully braided or partially braided (e.g., in the lock or other parts of the design). This includes:

  • Fully braided bracelets (braided throughout)

  • Bracelets with braided elements only in the lock section (non-braided main section)

  • Chains featuring braided elements in the lock section
     

The policy covers jewelry featuring stock beads, such as:

  • Basic gold beads

  • Greenlandic rubies and sapphires

  • Semi-precious beads
     

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for return under the 100-day policy:

  • Items must be returned unused, with no visible signs of wear or use.

  • Items must be in their original packaging, including any relevant documentation (e.g., proof of purchase).

  • Customized items (e.g., custom-designed beads or bespoke pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Exceptions

  • Items with visible wear or damage caused by improper handling or care are not eligible for return.

  • If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same product (if available).

 

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact Us: Email post@arktous.com within 100 days of receiving your item to initiate your return.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include any documentation.

  3. Ship Your Item: Follow the shipping instructions provided by our team.

 

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at post@arktous.com. We’ll replace it with the same item (if available) or provide assistance as needed.

Standard Return Policy


For all other items outside the 100-day free return policy, our standard return 30-day policy applies. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and customized items remain final sale.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATER OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALES ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
